“Yahoo does not believe we infringe and plans to fight this case,” a company spokesperson said via e-mail. Google and Yahoo both support the Coalition for Patent Fairness, a group that has been lobbying for patent reform.
Supporters of patent reform argue that the patent system hasn’t been amended since 1952 and have been trying for several years to rally support for legislation to change the patent system.
The most recent proposed legislation, the Patent Reform Act of 2009, has been sitting in committee in the Senate for almost a year. Update: Added comment from Yahoo.

Do you have anyone familiar with resumes who can help get you started? This needs a lot of work. Even a book on how to write a resume from the library will help you with the basics. Here are just a few of the things jumping out at me: - Job descriptions should be in bullet point form, not a long rambling laundry list. - Need more 'action' words. For example you listed "weekly inventory shipments and stocking", but you don't say what you *do* with respects to this. Did you help? Co-ordinate? Supervise? Be the one to implement a weekly inventory as a method of reducing shrinkage? - Full sentences have no place on a resume. Bullet points for everything. For describing your promotions, just list the titles you held. It's clear you got promoted if you list all 3 titles and the dates each was held. - Reason for leaving is never included on a resume. - Your skills section is mostly fluff as far as I'm concerned as there's not enough detail, nor are some of those points supported by examples (either directly there, or elsewhere on your resume). For example you could easily say fast learner, and at this point draw attention to the multiple promotions in close succession at your last job. - List at least some of the computer applications that you're fluent in using, (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc), and you'll want to specify if that's Windows, Mac, or Linux computers you're familiar with. Edit to add: If you can get an American to review and help you with your resume it would be much better as European standards for resumes are very different. I've hired in the UK, US and Canada and what's considered acceptable in the UK is completely unacceptable in North America. I made a point of looking for details from where you're from before making these comments, but only saw as I posted you're currently in the EU which may explain why your resume looks like this.
