Xerox Corporation on Friday filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Google, Yahoo, and YouTube over disputed Internet search and e-commerce technology. The document management company alleges that Google has infringed upon its patent “System for automatically generating queries” with its AdWords and AdSense software. It also claims that Google Maps and Google video violate a different patent, “Method and apparatus for the integration of information and knowledge,” which has to do with updating Web pages based on user reviews. Yahoo, Xerox claims, has infringed on its query patent with Yahoo Search Marketing, Yahoo Publisher Network and Y!Q Contextual Search.
And the company further claims that Yahoo Shopping steps on its integration patent.
Likewise, Xerox says that Google’s YouTube infringes upon its integration patent.
Xerox is seeking treble damages because it claims the defending companies are aware of its patents and that their infringement is willful. “We have been in dialog with Google and Yahoo for some time about licensing these patents, without reaching a resolution,” a Xerox spokesperson said in an e-mailed statement. “We believe we have no option but to file suit to properly protect our intellectual property.
“Google’s senior litigation counsel Catherine Lacavera, said in an e-mail, “These claims are entirely without merit, and we’ll vigorously defend ourselves against them.”Yahoo offered a similar statement.

My experience in small business management and customer service has equipped me with many skills including administrative duties, business operations and exceptional customer relations. I am confident that my resume will show these and other skills that would be a great asset to your company.
What my resume can not show is what sets me apart from other applicants. Mainly, my expectation for organization, my attention to detail, my my positive attitude and personable nature and my ability to perform - even in a high pressure situation.
I believe my experience and expertise would be a good match for Name of Your Company. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to further discuss my qualifications with you. However, since I am still currently residing in European Country, would a phone interview (or skype) be appropriate? I am available at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,

Do you have anyone familiar with resumes who can help get you started? This needs a lot of work. Even a book on how to write a resume from the library will help you with the basics.
Here are just a few of the things jumping out at me:
- Job descriptions should be in bullet point form, not a long rambling laundry list.
- Need more 'action' words. For example you listed "weekly inventory shipments and stocking", but you don't say what you *do* with respects to this. Did you help? Co-ordinate? Supervise? Be the one to implement a weekly inventory as a method of reducing shrinkage?
- Full sentences have no place on a resume. Bullet points for everything. For describing your promotions, just list the titles you held. It's clear you got promoted if you list all 3 titles and the dates each was held.
- Reason for leaving is never included on a resume.
- Your skills section is mostly fluff as far as I'm concerned as there's not enough detail, nor are some of those points supported by examples (either directly there, or elsewhere on your resume). For example you could easily say fast learner, and at this point draw attention to the multiple promotions in close succession at your last job.
- List at least some of the computer applications that you're fluent in using, (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc), and you'll want to specify if that's Windows, Mac, or Linux computers you're familiar with.
Edit to add: If you can get an American to review and help you with your resume it would be much better as European standards for resumes are very different. I've hired in the UK, US and Canada and what's considered acceptable in the UK is completely unacceptable in North America. I made a point of looking for details from where you're from before making these comments, but only saw as I posted you're currently in the EU which may explain why your resume looks like this.
