Not only did it quarantine Windows OS, but then I had to pay a tech to figure this out, but then he had to wipe and prep my computer and start from scratch. I figured Spy Sweeper customer service would pay for the tech services since their software deleted the OS. Nope. That is against policy. I did some research on the web and this software gets bad reviews everywhere! We only used it because it was recommended by Geek Squad. Now I know not to trust them.
