Repairing a bad credit score is getting …

http://www.flickr.com/photos/thetruthabout/4577203988/ To repair your credit score in the past, you had to do a lot of guesswork. but because of the recent financial reform bill, lenders who refuse to loan you money will have to tell you why. They will also have to give you a copy of the credit score they used to decide to turn you down. this goes for employers, insurance providers, and anyone else who takes an “adverse action” against you based on your credit report. Getting rejected sucks, but at least in the future you will know why, which means you can work to fix the problem. For example, if you were rejected because you have too much credit available to you, you could reduce the credit limits on your credit cards.

In addition to doing the basics—making payments on time and keeping your debt at a reasonable level—you can also repair the damage from a bankruptcy or missed payments. Your FICO score places greater weight on recent activity. so if you missed payments a year or two ago, but have been paying regularly since then, you are probably in good shape. A good credit score means a FICO score of 700 or greater. Anything less, and John Ulzheimer of Credit.com says, “you’re in the frying pan, but you’re not in the fire.” Yet. Hi, I am developing a billing software for an MNC. The application is developed in VB.NET with the back end database being Oracle 10g (Enterprise or Express Edition). My question is, which Data Adapter can be used to develop the application. Can I use OLE DB or ODP.NET (Oracle Data Access Provider for .NET)? Which shall be preferred? Note that this application will be installed in many sites and connected to a central database via internet. Please Help me. Also if possible try explaining me the difference. Thank You Sridhar

You should go with ODP.NET provider because it is optimized to access the Oracle Database server. is an API designed by Microsoft for accessing different types of data stores whereas ODP.NET is specialized for accessing Oracle. I suggest you read this book: Pro .NET Oracle Programming - APress

I am based in the UK and run a successful business supplying custom solutions to engineering companies. I employ 10 people and we are expanding. Up until now I have written most of the software myself in C and VB but need more time to devote to the business. I am looking for an accomplished programmer with good maths (we write a lot of CAD/CAM based solutions) and knowledge of RS232 communications, wireless technology, SQL, ASP.NET and Microsoft Windows environments. Any engineering experience (robotics, Fanuc OSP, Fanuc Focas, Ladder Progamming) would be good. The candidate needs to be a self starter who can liaise with customers at the highest level himself (our customers include BAE, GKN, Rolls Royce) and create custom solutions which are delivered on-time and on-budget. I am willing to offer a share in the business to the right candidate (subject to probationary period) and a decent salary package. Do you know anyone who fits this bill and is UK based?

Maybe you have too many line feeds (not sure what they are called in vb.net) at the end of your program
