I'm evaluating crm solutions and all crm/sfa seem to be missing the accounting side and customizable extranet side. ERP like netsuite is perfect buy way too costly for me as a start up. I need to have my web site and my customer management, lead management, accounting etc. connected. I need to have customer self service, along with web-to-crm form, web-question-to-case, newly signed on client (charged for membership) automatically sent to crm system and also sent to the accounting side. NetSuite is perfect, but way to costly. All of the rest I looked at (sugarcrm, right now, pivotal, hyper office.....) fit one or two of my needs but none fit all. The business is best described as "property management". I offer free listings to owners of timeshares and rent them out to vacationers and business travelers. I must account for the seller, the property and the renter. All on a low budget with quick and easy start up... anyone have the miracle answer for this.???

Not sure if you have evaluated this Open source CRM + ERP tool. It's called Compiere. Their site is http://www.compiere.com/ Compiere is the #1 open source ERP software application with fully integrated CRM software solutions. It may just suite some of your business needs. However, some customization may be required. To find a solution out of the box which suites our business requirements is usually tough. But we can try to get as close as possible and built additional functions or modules from there on. A good core basic solution which fits at least 60% would be the best.
