I have acne everywhere :( back, chest, face, shoulders. and im really embarrassed cause i cant go out without makeup, i cant wear a cute top that shows my back or else everyone will see my acne. is there anything the dermatologist can do for this? please help…any reccomendations? Dermatologists can get rid of acne on your body the same way they do your face… also, the products you may use on face–for example, those neutrogena peroxide pads–are also usable on your neck and chest. I use rubbing alcohol on a cottonball and apply it to all my problem areas. you must be taking tooooooomuch oil. reduce oil and drink plenty of water at least 3 to 4 liters a day Have you try proactive. Honestly, i am so glad i have been encounter with acnee and hope will never. I have a friend who has been suffering from acnee for a ver long time and she try everything. there's a girl in my class who has acnee and her look like it has buttons all over it.obviously, she probably had try everything. try to change your diets and exfoliate your face. don't use make up and it will clogg your poes and it going to make the acnee worst. I'm the same, there's nothing to be embarassed about. Alot of people go through this phase so you're not the other one. you must see a dermatologist and they'll be able to prescribe medicine/oinment that works best for you since everyone's skin has its on sensitivity.

Follow your dermatologist's directions and you should be clear very soon. I used to have the same problem. It sucks I know! Try using Nutrogena Acne Body Wash. It really helps. Make sure you shower at least every other day. use the body wash right before you get out of the shower. Your conditioner may be part of the problem. Rinse it off your body well and then wash with the body wash and a loofah. Drink lots of water. Wash your face every morning and night and make sure you're using an oil free moisturizer on your face. Always wash your makeup off before bed. Change your sheets regularly. especially your pillow cases! Don't touch your face unnecessarily and clean your cell phone twice a week with rubbing alchol and cotton balls. Don't pick! I know it's hard . . . but it just makes it worse. You may want to try washing off your makeup as soon as you get home and then try a benzol peroxide mask once a week. Products like Zapzyt work really well. Apply to pimples at night. If this doesn't help . . . see a dermatologist. Sometimes insurance covers it. Just remember . . . you're beautiful . . . weather or not you have acne.
