If my employer has an internet blocking …
We have Internet Explorer and Firefox. the IE has been password protected for a few years, so we downloaded Mozilla Firefox to use. (we actually found out the password for explorer) Now our employer put on something to block sites like facebook and myspace and a band comes across the screens stating it's been blocked when using firefox. does that mean they are monitoring both of them? Also, if you are not storing the history or if we delete the history, cookies etc., does it still show up on their reports? Thanks so much! P.
S. we don't go on any gambling or porn sites, the worst we do is facebook. The network should be able to view ALL network activity. in short, see every thing to do. the blocking should work for all internet browsers. It should show up in the router and the main server logs since the computer your using possibly is on a network. If my employer has an internet blocking and monitoring software on my computer, does it work on only explorer?
I live in a state without state income tax and unless you make rather large purchases, such as cars, boats, major improvemets to your home, then it automatically calculates your sales tax allowance based on your income. I've had to figure it out one year with a client who insisted that I add up every single receipt and there was like a $10 difference and it cost him $50 to add up the receipts. So unless you make major purchases in addition to regular sales tax, it's not worth your time. Otherwise, keep track of it on Excel.
