Integrate? no. build one? Yes. I use the issues list type to create knowledgebase solutions for common problems, and use various custom views to build 'reports' that people can browse through to figure out the solution to their problems. You can also use the issues list out-of-the-box to keep a simple ticketing system, which is also what I am doing.
