How do I summarize my experience, I to know what points: e.g. company background, team size,responsibilities, . I cant find anything on youtube, or google. I have failed so many interviews because i go into too much detail! Previous jobs should be written in the past tense, this will also have more impact as it will be worded as achievements. "Building a Fixed Assets to Project Accounting interface for daily depreciation." Becomes: * "Built Fixed Assets to Project Accounting an interface for daily depreciation." I assume you are a Software Developer, this should be clear. When talking about your CV you should identify your key skills and talk about how you have demonstrated your abilities. Talk about Situations, Task, What you did “hands on” and what the results was (if any).
