Software help desk

China has responded by denying any involvement and stating that it’s the biggest victim of cyber attacks. The Dark Visitor, a Web site that reports on the activities of Chinese hackers, has compiled a selection of similar-sounding Chinese government responses to charges of involvement in cyber attacks, dating back to 2004.

I have made a CMS with module support (that means you can write your own module (in PHP code) and add it to the system, for example a newsletter module). Now I want to add a kind of 'helpdesk' (support system) to the system, which means the user of the CMS can, if he got a question, he can create a support ticket which is sent to the helpdesk team. The team will help him then. The system must be written in PHP (perhaps with MySQL), not too extensive (pretty simple), easily customizable and free. Does anyone know anything about that? And which API I can use?
