Can a collection agency put your debt on…
As long as you remain married it will be considered a joint debt. first, send a letter back to the collection agency asking them to validate the debt, being that old and on a second agency, they may have no proof you even owe the debt. You can search for a letter online using keywords "debt validation letter", be sure to send this letter within 30 days and certified mail so you have a receipt.
if you get any proof back from the agency, try to settle with the agency, the debt is over 4 years old, I wouldn't offer any more than 25 cents on the dollar and pay it off to be done with it.
if you do not receive any response after 45 days from the date signed by the company when it was received, they have to remove it from your credit reports because they had no proof of debt owed. Good Luck Based on the infomration provided, no, but there may be something that you left out that allows them to do so. Can a collection agency put your debt on your spouse?
Yes it can, simply because there is a flat surface to place the notebook on. Putting the notebook on your lap, pillow or any other soft surface will build heat.
The desk lamp will work fine. You can use a regular 60w bulb, it doesn't have to be a special basking bulb or anything. Do you have therms in the tank to see exactly what the temps are? The stick on types aren't very accurate, so a digital one or a temp gun is better. You can always get a more powerful UTH, but it will most likely have to be regulated by a thermostat or rheostat or it will get too hot. This will help with humidity, too, as lamps tend to dry out the air. You can put a water bowl over the heat pad to increase humidity. A bigger bowl will create more humidity but I'm not sure what is recommended for hermit crabs, so don't put anything that is too deep for them or anything. You can soak a sponge in water and put it in their tank every day. I would normally suggest covering the top of the tank, but since you already got a glass cover, there's not much you can do there. I would find a site completely dedicated to hermit crabs for any further advice. You'll find the most knowledgeable people on a forum like that instead of here.
I did software support for years but now most is outsourced so few jobs available. We required degrees since about 1995 before that people just learned on their own. My degree is in accounting but I supported software and some hardware and operating systems. You need to be a creative thinker since there aren't set answers for most problems. While working a job the operating systems keep changing so you need to be able to figure things out. I remember when Windows 95 was in Beta and a customer installed our software on it when we had never seen it. We logged on to his system and the dos prompt was gone. The screen resolution was so we couldn't see the tool bar so no idea how to get to the operating system. We called the customer and he told us what he did and told us there was a tool bar with start at the bottom. It took a long time to get used to it when you are used to DOS or Unix or VMS with a prompt to type commands. I never took any operating system lessons but was an expert in VMS and Unix from learning what I needed to know. Took me a long time to be willing to move files in windows I was afraid they would be deleted or go places I couldn't find them. Now I use windows instead of using the dos prompt to manage files.
A fan only affects your skin, not the temperature of the office or the thermostat. Cheers
