Call center phone software
What am I supposed to do? My acer computer is broken and under warranty? Has anyone else had problems with their motorokr?
Ive had software problems like texts not sending and the screen freezing like all the time and id have to restart the phone like plenty of times. Now the little center button fell off and the bigger one is starting to fall off too. I called the store up and they said that they have never heard of any problems like this before but my mom said she talked to some guy at another phone company who said tons of people have had these problems.
just wondering if anyone can offer any advice on what to do or if there is some recall out there that i dont know about. cant end the contract cuz we still have about a year and a half and its too much to end it now. anything we can do to make the phone company give us a replacement phone or something?
